Member Enrollment Specialist (Full-Time) (Remote)

• Make a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis and follow proper processes and procedures
• Build rapport with prospective members and effectively convey the benefits of the Hiring Company program
• Assist prospective members with enrollment by guiding them on how to download and use the app
• Contact prospective members via phone to introduce and explain the Hiring Company program
• Conduct feedback outreaches to gather insights from members and improve the program

Job Location:

• This is a remote position within the United States

Job Hours

• Scheduling ranges from Monday to Saturday between 6 AM and 8 PM PST
• Full-time position with 40 hours per week

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to make a high volume of outbound calls
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
• Ability to simplify information and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile technology to guide individuals through app usage
• Capable of overcoming objections and effectively conveying benefits to potential members
• Positive attitude and empathy for patient needs
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills are a plus
