JOB SUMMARY
Enrollment Managers are responsible for the effective leadership and management of a team of enrollment counselors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor, manage, measure and maintain quality and consistency in the delivery or enrollment services including but not limited to: contacting students, phone screen, interview, enrollment, orientations, and persistence.
- Responsible for the operational effectiveness and success of the department through development, enhancement, and execution of:
- As an enrollment Subject Matter Expert, serve as an escalation point for the team in order to provide high level support to resolve student issues.
- O Appropriate metrics, reporting, and work distribution
- O Consistent and compliant processes and procedures producing quality experience for students
- O Student communication and conversation strategy
- Manage a team of assigned employees and hold them accountable to achievement of individual and department level goals and key performance indicators including but not limited to; lead to student conversion rates, student show rates, activity based metrics and new student term starts
- Encourage, empower and drive continuous improvement of the enrollment processes with emphasis on quality and the student experience.
- Provide enrollment team accurate and timely advice and guidance to ensure all activities and duties performed are in compliance with university policies and procedures, Federal, State, and Local regulations, and Department of Education policies, related to the recruitment of students.

- Perform personnel functions such as selection, training, evaluation, goal setting, performance management, corrective action, coaching, and mentoring.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ensure service delivery by demonstrating effective time management and resource allocation including staff coverage.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Directly supervise the assigned professionals in the enrollment team.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Demonstrated experience using data collection and analysis to monitor and improve operational performance.
- Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Write routine reports and business correspondence.
- Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions.

- Read and interpret documents such as policies, business documents, admissions documentation, and standard operating procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university. Master’s Degree from accredited university preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience within higher education enrollment.
• 2+ years of demonstrated management experience leading higher education enrollment teams.
Internal CSU Global applicants must also have:
• Demonstrated consistent success in current role for at least 12 months.
• Cannot be on any form of corrective action.
• Must be meeting or exceeding current performance expectations within their role.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
● Less than 10% domestic travel.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
● While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle or feel, and talk or hear.
● The employee is occasionally required to sit, reach with hands and arms.
● Ability to spend long durations of the workday in front of a computer monitor.
● Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
● The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
TOTAL COMPENSATION
CSU Global offers employer contributions to medical, dental, group life, AD&D coverage, Wellness benefit and training & development opportunities. Additional employee-paid benefits are available for vision, FSA/HSA, voluntary life, and voluntary AD&D coverage, critical illness and accident insurance. CSU Global also offers a 401a retirement account with a generous employer match, 100% tuition assistance for CSU Global programs (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees), paid sick time, paid vacation time, and 10 holidays per year. CSU Global employees are state employees and have access to the Colorado State Employee Assistance Program (C-SEAP) resources. Discounted pet insurance is also available.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
