Enrollment Specialist - National Remote ($16.00 - $31.44 / Hour)

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrate moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function
• Receive inbound calls to enroll members and provide customer service
• Apply knowledge and skills to varied activities
• Solve routine problems independently and work with supervisor for more complex problems
• Make outbound calls to eligible members for Health Management coaching programs

Work Requirements

• Full-time position with flexible 8-hour shift schedules
• Adhere to Hiring Company's Telecommuter Policy
• Occasionally required to work overtime

Qualifications

• Ability to create, edit, save, and send documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
• 2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Ability to work 11:30am - 8:00pm Central Time
• 6+ months of call center experience
• Must have consistent employment with one employer for the last 24 months

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Healthcare Industry
• Working knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience in a Hospital, Physician's Office, or Medical Clinical setting
• Professional experience in a clerical or administrative support role

Telecommuting Requirements

• High-speed internet connection or existing service approved by Hiring Company
• Ability to keep company sensitive documents secure
• Dedicated work area that ensures information privacy
