Purpose of Position:
The incumbent will work with HR Business Partners, Department Managers, and Business Leaders to attract and hire top talent for Foster Farms.
Essential Job Functions:
- Create, coordinate, and manage social media postings and employment ad placement
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience by responding to candidate inquiries, providing timely feedback, and ensuring all communication is clear and accurate
- Participate in recruitment and networking events; career fairs, college recruiting, internship program, and other activities, as needed
- Source and recruit Top Talent who align with the Company's cultural pillars
- Ensure legal compliance and practices
- Ensure candidate record management and correspondence is up to date, timely, and accurate
- Provide data and analytics on recruitment activity and efforts
- Assist the HR Specialist, as needed
- Assist in process improvement: training and processes to enhance the Talent Acquisition Department
- Builds applicant sources and pipelines, and assists in the development of the TA programs
- Additional support duties, as assigned
- Full-cycle Sourcing and Recruiting, includes pre-boarding and on-boarding of new Team Members
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in business with a concentration in HR management or similar field, preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years experience in Human Resources with high-volume candidate sourcing at various levels, using an ATS
- Strong decision-making skills
- Quality research and networking skills
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, handle multiple projects with hard deadlines, and work in a constant, fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data
- Must value teamwork and attention to detail
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrated drive and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel, as needed, for scheduled events
