The Opportunity
The Inside Sales Representative, or also referred to as the Patient Enrollment Coordinator is the first point of contact for our One Medical Senior patients. In this role you will have an amazing opportunity to help One Medical meet its goal of transforming health care. To share our care with as many people as possible, we need to create a team of folks who are experts at building relationships and enrolling patients in our primary care practices. You will be jumping in to tackle one of our most important priorities this year. This job is for someone who is hungry to make a difference and not afraid to keep trying.
Naturally people-oriented, you are comfortable working with a senior health population to engage prospective patients and educate them on the One Medical Senior offerings. What You'll Likely Work On

• Contact and convert assigned leads
• Meet month over month patient enrollment targets
• Schedule virtual and on-site doctor's visits for enrolled patients
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Nurture leads with the One Medical Senior Brand through scheduled phone cadence
• Document patient enrollment activity in salesforce.com in a timely and accurate manner
• Identify potential patients' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
• Persuade prospective patients to enroll with One Medical

You'll Be Set Up For Success If You Have

• 2+ year experience in a sales role interacting with customers
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Outbound/inbound call experience a plus but not required
• Experience using salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
• Comfortable working occasional nights and weekends
• Have worked in fast-paced, results-driven work atmosphere
• Proven multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple mediums of communication simultaneously including, phone, email and chat while working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time remote role based in the United States working 8-5pm MST.
The base salary for this role is $19.00- $23.00 per hour plus applicable incentive. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
