We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Promotional Support Coordinator to join our passionate team. As a Promotional Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Product Management teams in creating and delivering exceptional pricing and promotions that will delight our customers. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Teams to gather information and understand the goals of each new promotion, including pricing, terms, recaps, and limits.
Utilize your expertise in our POLAR Reservation System to execute the promo build and ensure accurate setup for each campaign.
Work closely with internal experts and Customer Service teams to optimize promo setup, minimizing customer impact and delivering exceptional experiences.
Oversee the testing process to ensure desired outcomes are achieved before promotions go live.
Proofread marketing collateral to ensure accuracy of pricing, messaging, voyage information, and all other content.
Identify, research, and resolve questions and errors related to promotions and system data.
Serve as the first point of contact for support calls from Customer Service, Customer Relations, and Group Services, providing exceptional assistance and maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements
At least 2 years of related experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of POLAR Reservation System.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to change, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to build and maintain relationships with colleagues in other departments.
Quick learner who is proactive and takes initiative.
Professional demeanor and the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
