Job Description
IT Support Analyst
Full time
The IT Support Analyst will play the key role in supporting hardware and software support needs. Provide IT Infrastructure support to plant employees and resources. Gather client and problem information, troubleshoot, and resolve when possible, or escalate quickly and accurately when appropriate. This position is an entry level position that requires someone with demonstrable Level 1 technical support skills who is interested in building a Tech career in a high-performance organization.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Implement ITSM to administer corrections and ensure accuracy.
  • Provide ongoing support for Citrix implementations and find solutions to problems.
  • Receive and handle ITSM tickets.
  • Examine and fix GVSM vulnerabilities.
  • Analyse and fix NAC problems.
  • Phone deployment and support for end users
  • PC setup and support
  • Support for installing printers
  • Support software and equipment used in Plant Process and Lab areas.
  • Site physical inventory, including phone numbers, software, hardware, printers, computers, and servers.
Preferred Qualification
Microsoft and CompTIA certifications are a plus.
