We're looking for a friendly and passionate individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Support Specialist. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and training to both internal and external customers who use our medical billing software and applications.
In this role, you'll receive and respond to customer inquiries, professionally handle customer issues, and obtain feedback information to provide timely feedback to our clients. You'll also have the opportunity to troubleshoot basic connectivity issues, provide support for PCs and Windows OS, and develop training course curriculums for various company-wide applications.
As part of your responsibilities, you'll be presenting and training both internal and external clients on a regular basis, completing documentation of relevant customer support materials, and participating in project and asset management. You'll be an integral part of our team and have the ability to learn and grow through our extensive internal training process, developing strong research and resolution skills.
While prior experience in Information Technology or Customer Support is not necessary, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail are a must. You should also possess a strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Computer proficiency in AthenaIDX for Group Management or Epic software is preferred, as well as knowledge of the revenue cycle and front and back-end billing processes.
