Job Description
Are you an experienced and passionate leader looking for an exciting opportunity? We're in search of an exceptional General Manager to join our vibrant team and make a significant impact on our Longboat Key and Brandenton concepts! This is a flexible position that lets you contribute your expertise to both unique locations.
Responsibilities
As our General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operation, overseeing all aspects of the restaurant with flair and finesse. Your key responsibilities will include:
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, acting as a pivotal link in our management structure.
Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of all supplies required for events, ensuring seamless execution.
Maintaining the dining room and bar area in pristine condition, creating an inviting ambiance for our valued guests.
Ensuring the smooth functioning of all foodservice operations, upholding our reputation for excellence.
Managing liquor, beer, and wine orders to keep within budget and delighting patrons with an impressive selection.
Conducting monthly inventory checks and adeptly meeting budget goals set by the company.
Superintending daily cleaning and maintenance to ensure our establishment always stands out.
Leading and guiding staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and providing outstanding service.
Ensuring all patrons receive the utmost respect and personalized service to cater to their unique preferences.
Cultivating a culture of exceptional customer service among the staff, elevating our guest experience.
Collaborating closely with the talented chef and Assistant Manager to align our food and beverage service with our customers' desires.
Skillfully managing inventory levels of liquor, linens, and retail items for seamless daily operations.
Crafting efficient schedules for our dedicated waitstaff based on business volume and staff availability.
Maintaining a watchful eye on the facility's condition, ensuring it remains clean, safe, and comfortable for all our guests.
Guiding the training and development of new employees to uphold our high standards.
Requirements And Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
Proven work experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role, showcasing your expertise and influence.
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to understand and cater to our customers' preferences.
A wealth of knowledge in bar and kitchen operations, elevating our offerings and experiences.
Well-versed in various aspects related to the role, bringing versatility to your decision-making.
Responsible, efficient, discreet, and organized—essential traits for managing a successful establishment.
Relevant training and certifications as a House Manager, ensuring your capabilities are finely honed.
