Position Overview
As a vital member of our team, you'll be the bridge between our clients and their wellness aspirations. Your role will involve providing top-notch customer support via phone, chat, and email. In addition, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead engaging group consultations, guiding clients through their DEXA scan results and motivating them towards success.
What You'll Do
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email channels, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.
Lead insightful group consultations, helping clients understand their body composition analysis results and providing guidance on nutrition, health, and fitness.
Collaborate with event and support teams for seamless customer communication and issue resolution.
Be a beacon of knowledge on DEXA technology and its applications, addressing client questions and concerns.

What You Bring
A deep passion for health and wellness, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for guiding others on their journey.
Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer experiences and a strong familiarity with customer experience metrics and processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to connect with clients and teammates effortlessly.
Flexibility to work Saturdays and adapt to Pacific Time hours, ensuring exceptional service coverage.
Previous experience in customer service is a must, with a track record of building rapport and trust.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to de-escalate and handle challenging situations with grace.
