Workday Human Resources / HR Operations Coordinator


Major Financial Services organization is looking for a HR Human Resources Operations Onboarding Coordinator to support the HR team with:


  • Manage PTO and vacation accruals and over-time tracking
  • Drafting of employment verification letters
  • Support the Year-End Performance Review and Promotion processes
  • Run ad hoc data and report requests
  • Process ad hoc data changes in system/Workday, the HRIS system
  • Onboarding, Scheduling, Offboarding, Processing Paperwork and Benefits


Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working with Workday
  • Prior experience with onboarding.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong experience and competency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong comfort level to learn to use various other internal software tools
