We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and ensuring the smooth functioning of various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Employee On-Boarding, Learning & Development, and other essential HR tasks. Your efforts will contribute directly to the overall success of our company and the well-being of our valued employees.
Primary Responsibilities
Human Resources
Maintain and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all employee records and changes across various systems such as HRIS (ADP), Active Directory, Performance Management system, and Learning Management system.
Monitor and facilitate annual Compliance training to ensure adherence to regulations.
Keep track of important employment dates like anniversaries, visas, insurance coverage commencement, and performance reviews.
Stay updated with the latest employment laws and regulations.
Act as a friendly point of contact for employees, providing assistance and support whenever needed.
Collaborate with the Payroll department to ensure seamless handling of new hires and terminations.
Assist in enforcing timekeeping, vacation, sick time tracking, and other employment-related tasks.
Be flexible and responsive in handling employment-related issues and questions.
Talent Acquisition
Be the welcoming face and primary contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, making sure candidates have a positive experience.
Ensure that all applications are completed and appropriately filed.
Liaise with staffing agencies and other vendors to streamline the hiring process.
Attend career fairs and actively participate in attracting top talent to our company.
Support new hires by sending them on-boarding materials and arranging equipment setup in collaboration with the IT department.
Schedule new hires for Orientation and other on-boarding activities, ensuring a smooth integration.
Ensure all relevant new hire information is accurately recorded in HRIS (ADP).
Facilitate effective communication with new hires through various channels.
General & Administrative
Assist in crafting HR-related communications for company-wide distribution.
Maintain an HR calendar of events to keep everyone informed and engaged.
Prepare and update HR and Talent Acquisition related reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Participate in planning and organizing exciting office events to foster a positive work culture.
Help manage office supplies as needed.
Skills Required
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Business-related discipline is preferred.
You should have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, demonstrating your dedication to this field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to connect effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Your strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail will contribute to the seamless execution of HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, and you should be quick to grasp new, more complex HR-related systems.
The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines efficiently is a valuable trait for this role.
