The Human Resources Generalist should have a broad knowledge of the HR functions including recruiting, onboarding and all HR operational tasks.This role has a heavy focus on recruitment and operations within the HR Department. The ideal individual must be comfortable with a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
Job Role And Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and manage the updating of s annually and as needed Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures Assist and respond to employees inquires Assist and support the HR Manager with employee relation issues, progressive discipline action, performance reviews, worker compensation claims, unemployment claims and FMLA Leave Organize and upkeep all electronic files and process electronic form requests as needed Engage and be proactive in liaising and working with other departments
Assist with employee trainings and PPT presentations as needed 2-3 year's experience in Human Resources Recruitment Experience
Experience using ADP Workforce Now or similar platform Excellent interviewing skills Excellent written skills detail oriented
Working knowledge of legal compliance within HR, FMLA Laws, Harassment, ADA Working knowledge of conducting investigations Must have a high level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to organize and prioritize projects, activities and meet deadlines Ability to develop relationships at all levels in production and support areas Email Resume to: [email protected] or Call Sara Salazar at 561-609-6040
