Position: Human Resource Associate

Location: Long Island City, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: 65k – 80k + Bonus

Responsibilities:

· Position is 50% Payroll and HRIS management focused and 50% Human Resource administrative support functions.

· Ensure successful, error-free weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for all locations using ADP.

· Ensures the successful management of the Company’s HRIS system by managing all data entry activities in support of global initiatives.

· Ensures that the Company’s Employees have a quality employment experience by successfully executing the following tasks:

o HRIS system order entry

o Timecard auditing

o Employment verifications

o Business card orders

o Maintaining ADP updates for Employee announcements (anniversary lists, open positions, memo library, etc.)

o Running weekly, monthly, and bi-weekly payrolls

o Significant life event program – including anniversary and retirement programs

o New Hire Master list

o All Department invoicing for Accounting

o HR Department Travel

o Anniversary photo book coordination with Communications

o Matching gift program

o Smoking Cessation Program

o Museum membership pass program

o Performance Management Records on Shared Drive

o Shared Drive maintenance

o Remstar maintenance

Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree

· 3+ years in Human Resources and Payroll

· ADP knowledge is a MUST
