- 2+ years in a Human Resources support role

- Experience presenting orientation & training documents to employees
- BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Understanding of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communication, people skills and team player
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts.
- Serve as point-person for employee questions and support, investigate questions to find answers & redirecting or escalating as appropriate.
- Coordinate new hire trainings and conduct new hire orientations.
- Maintain employee files in accurate and confidential manner
- Keep employee pulse - coordinate check-ins with new hires, those in new roles and otherwise as appropriate.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits and employee leave administration
- Maintain Company intranets.
- Performance Management, including performance review cycle and performance improvement plans
- Conduct pre- and new-hire processes, including pre-employment background check order & review.
- Assist in development and implementation of Company policies
- Maintain HRIS systems in an accurate and confidential manner.
- Manage employee termination procedures
- Other duties as assigned
