Job Description
Responsibilities

  • Own scheduling responsibilities to bring together department stakeholders during key points of annual talent processes.
  • Manage and analyze reports across multiple HR platforms including Oracle, Employee Reward Programs, Mentoring, and League Dashboards.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams as necessary, including Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Security, and IT.
  • Manage internal workforce website to update with relevant posts for staff.
  • Own workforce communications for all staff including weekly newsletters, calendar invites, benefit updates, and DEI programming.
  • Support special projects, from tactical to strategic, as needed.
  • Process HR transactions including new job posting requests and separation agreements.
  • Provide support to the HR Business Partner team, maintaining consistent communication and organization.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and proactively
  • Ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to think quickly and problem solve resourcefully
  • Deadline driven

Salary / Pay Range

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
  • FLSA Non-exempt. Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
  • This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.
