Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Remote Director/VP of Healthcare Transformation for our federal client.


Job Title: Director/VP of Healthcare Transformation

Employment: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Location: Fully Remote, EST-Hours - Willing to travel to DC when needed

Pay Rate: $180K, Flexible

Onboarding: ASAP

Interview Process: 2 Rounds of Virtual Interviews


Day-To-Day:

  • Develop a roadmap and strategy surrounding a large transformation effort across all capability areas
  • Maintaining and creating high level client relationships
  • Managing workforce development efforts, financials and timelines
  • Crafting program KPIs, communication plans, and training plans with SMEs to assist in optimal program execution


Requirements:

  • Track record of strong client relationships and facilitation of large client meetings with clinical leadership
  • PMP certified
  • Over 15 years of total experience, recent bulk of experience in fed health (VA or HHS) consulting
  • Comfortability with both high level strategic management as well as people/day to day management and mentorship
  • Prior experience acting as a delivery leader of enterprise level initiatives in federal healthcare consulting
  • MS Degree in BA or Healthcare
