Founded in 2018 in Dublin by experienced security leaders, Tines is a no-code platform designed to automate any manual task, regardless of complexity. By automating workflows, security and IT teams can reduce monotonous, manual work and free up valuable time and resources.
- Work closely with Sales Leadership to develop repeatable strategies for new logo acquisition
- Work thoughtfully with customers to identify fresh expansion opportunities and use cases
- Actively prospect to supplement the lead flow provided by a dedicated team of Business Development Representatives
- Deliver feedback to product and go-to-market teams on suggestions and improvements from customers and prospects
- Clearly demonstrate and articulate the capabilities, power and business value of the Tines automation platform
- Build a strong business plan through customer, technology partners and community ecosystems to achieve growth within your accounts and specified territory
- Collaborate across Tines business functions ( Legal, Customer Success, Marketing, etc ) to ensure a world class customer experience
- Build awareness and drive demand for Tines solutions by helping users and customers derive value from the Tines no-code automation platform
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering team throughout the sales cycle in demos and POCs ( Proof of Concepts )
- Manage multiple customer opportunities through the sales cycle and close complex transactions
- Uncover fresh and diverse use cases to enable our customers to remove barriers and assist them to work smarter and more effectively
- Embody the Tines core company values of Speed, Simplicity and Soundness in your daily work
- Collaboration: working cross-functionally to ensure support in all sales activities
- Ability to prospect for outbound leads working with a dedicated sales development resource and at the same time nurture and develop inbound leadflow
- Strong knowledge of Government contracts and procurement vehicles
- Minimum 5+ years experience in an account executive or equivalent sales role selling SaaS enterprise software solutions into civilian agencies and /or Federal agencies
- Coachability and curiosity: open to feedback, learn from mistakes, eager to learn and question the norm
- Thorough understanding of solution selling techniques ( eg MEDDIC )
- A proven track record of success selling into government agencies with a strong preference of selling into civilian agencies
- Successful track record of achieving quarterly goals, metrics and objectives
- A passion to work at an early stage startup - a desire to make an impact for your team and the company and to shape and mold Tines
- Experience working with Government Agencies, Higher Education Institutions, Solutions Partners, and Resellers
