Job Description

North America - Vice President of Sales – *Remote*


A well-recognized manufacturer of world-class energy efficient equipment for the Wine/Spirits/Beverage Sector, has a new opportunity for a Vice President of Sales - North America. This position requires a working knowledge of equipment and refrigerated related products for Distillers, Breweries, and Beverage Manufacturers and an understanding of energy/sustainability solutions for the Beverage Sector. We are looking for candidates who have sold Refrigeration Equipment to Beverage Manufacturers, Distributors, and to the Food / Beverage Sector throughout the U.S. and Canada.


Selected candidate will have highly effective people management and leadership skills and extensive experience in sales strategies, measurement, analytics, reporting, and high-growth business development. The Vice President of Sales will be tasked to continuously evaluate performance and identify opportunities to grow overall business exponentially.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure business development team is effectively aligned with marketing which will result in maximizing sales effectiveness. Oversee new launches and development.
  • Utilize analytics and research to measure effectiveness of channel partner’s performance.
  • Establish goals and objectives defined by leadership. This will include the mix of both beverage manufacturers as well as managing distribution channels.


Requirements:

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are key attributes of this role as is effective and proven leadership and people management skills
  • Ten years + of experience selling equipment, machinery, parts, and installation solutions to Beverage Manufacturers, Bottlers, Retail, and Beverage Distributors/Brokers
  • Several years of experience analyzing sales results and offering recommendations to increase market share performance
  • Must be proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Applications
