A Brief Overview


The Senior Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for coordination and administrative support, as well as reporting assistance. We are looking for a collaborative, organized and detail-orientated team member to support our Talent Management team. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, intellectually curious, and eager to support efforts across the entire team.

What You Will Do


  • Coordination, data entry, logistics and administrative support:
  • Support Talent Management related ad hoc requests for research, reporting and coordination support as needed.
  • Proactively gather information, analyze, and report out on findings in a succinct manner at regular intervals to identify trends and opportunity areas
  • May assist with administrative support in managing calendars / schedules, planning meetings, coordinating events, etc.
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service to colleague inquiries and requests for support.
  • Complete final review and testing of online learning courses prior to deployment.
  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of Talent Management team meetings and events including monthly team meetings, strategy offsites, Leadership meetings, etc.
  • Reporting: generate reports via LMS or by creating advanced excel spreadsheets to define data/metrics
  • Maintain LMS of colleagues tracking historical record of training classes attended; Capture the class attendance and trend the demand
  • Manage courses, enrollment, completions and reporting in Learning Management System (LMS). Serve as Talent Management team point of contact for learning systems related activity.


Education Qualifications


  • General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training required


Experience Qualifications


  • Typically 1+ years minimum administrative or HR related work experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Experience in Learning Management Systems a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain flexibility in a fast paced, growing business environment
  • Analytical mindset
  • Self-starter who is detail oriented and displays resourcefulness

The salary range for this role is $43,900 to $66,720. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.


A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
