Role: Learning Operations Coordinator The Learning Operations Coordinator is skilled in planning and building customer-facing training offerings via the learning management system (LMS). The role supports customer-facing delivery of instructor-led and online training events and programs. In addition to technical skills, this role must assist customers in resolving issues on the learning management system.
Regular responsibilities include:
• At the direction of the business, create detailed training schedules and event schedules. The coordinator will use tools such as the Learning Management System (LMS), Excel, Asana, and PPT, to create detailed plans to share with the team. Based on these plans, the coordinator will set up all events in the LMS.
• Track and report on attendance and feedback of those events. The events range from shorter than one hour to multiple days, and they are virtual and in person events.
• Contribute to the system of processing reports that monitor and measure training compliance.
• Serving as an LMS customer support agent for all levels of site users.
• Present and respond to customer inquiries regarding training curriculum and programs.
• Monitor Training Mailbox/Portal daily for training requests and triage/handle training requests.
• Assist Training Managers in maintaining and updating the training calendar, training assignments, and course/curriculum management.
• Assessing trainers and customers in using the learning management system and resolving issues with its usage.

Preferred Qualifications:
• The Learning Operations Coordinator must be extremely detail-oriented and self-driven.
• The role maintains a lot of data so an understanding of reporting solutions, such as Excel, is required.
• The role is critical to the delivery of customer-facing training delivery, so the person must have excellent customer service skills, and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of functional experience working in a customer-facing role and organization.
• Must have experience communicating with global customers both verbally and in writing.
• Must be a strong team player and have demonstrated collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of corporate training and learning management systems is highly desired.
