Our Opportunity:
The “Productivity, Assessment and Logistics Enhancement Team” (PALET) is the central operations team for Fetch. PALET is a team of logistics professionals with excitement for development with the ultimate goal of improving fulfillment and delivery metrics, along with decreasing cost of Operations all while keeping to the Fetch core value of cultivating fans.
Fetch is looking for a Learning Coordinator to join PALET. This role will be crucial in running onboarding programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our operations and sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to design, enhance, facilitate, and evaluate training initiatives that align with our company's objectives of growth mindset and deliver value.
What you’ll deliver on the job:
- Collaborate with PALET to identify training needs and skill gaps within the organization.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and learning events for various employees at different levels.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate the latest best practices into training initiatives.
- Utilize various learning methodologies, including e-learning platforms, classroom-style sessions, and hands-on simulations.
- Conduct individual assessments and evaluate performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of training programs.
- Assist in the development of learning materials, standard procedures and visual guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and committees to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead onboarding for Sales and Operations Management, working closely with recruitment, human resources and IT to ensure a quality experience for new hires.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging and informative training content.

- 2+ years of experience in a training and development position.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Passionate about serving others.
- 1+ years of experience in a position that involved working with and moderating large groups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Flexibility to travel to various facilities or training locations when required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, especially Docs, Slides, Sheets and Classroom.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Former logistics/supply chain experience is a plus, but not required.
