- Deloitte Technology Academy: With a team of 150+, DTA trains tens of thousands of learners annually in critical technology skills including AI, Cloud, Cyber, Data & Analytics, custom development, and package technologies. Candidates with experience and passion for tech skilling will have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders to design, develop and deliver innovative experiences to all US and India-based professionals.
- Consulting (Americas Delivery): The Americas Delivery L&D team supports learning for 10,000+ professionals who serve our clients from our United States Delivery Center (USDC) locations - Lake Mary (Florida), Mechanicsburg (Pennsylvania) and Gilbert (Arizona) and across Latin America for one of our fastest growing offices (Mexico).
- Develop and execute a curriculum of development experiences through collaboration with the Development Leader, Shared Services and business leaders and managers
- Act as a learning and talent development manager on effective and leading-edge learning and development designs that align with learning and talent development strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. Responsibilities may include:
- Work you'll do
- Lead the design, development, evaluation, pilot and delivery of new learning and capability development programs through collaboration with shared services
- Facility to manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues for final resolution
- The Successful Candidate Will Possess
- Consultative approach: excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed virtual environment
- Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables:
- In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends
- Qualifications
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $173,300.
