Type: Contract W2

Range: $30-35 on W2

The L&D Learner Experience team ensures the successful delivery of learning programs/events by providing outstanding client service and teaming effectively across various functional groups. Supports the delivery, registration, travel, communications with attendees and possibly third parties and onsite program delivery.

Knowledge Preferred

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

• Establishing effective networks and managing project teams to accomplish implementation, enrollment and/or reporting of agreed plan/program information, utilizing both external and internal resources across multiple functional groups
• Leveraging technology to support on demand and live, instructor-led training;
• Experienced leading large-scale programs/conferences
• Learning management system functionality to enhance the learner experience; and,

Skills Preferred

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

• Leveraging presentation and communication skills to effectively work with clients and other team members; and,
• Leveraging project management skills to manage the implementation of programs nationally, within a market, and/or in a virtual environment;
• Bringing customer service and a quality focus to the delivery of learning solutions to enhance the learner experience.
• Managing multiple priorities and pro-actively troubleshooting and problem solving on a real-time basis, escalating as appropriate;

Core Skill Set and Background Requirements

• Self-sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learn.
• 3-5 yrs training and development or conference execution experience.
• Strong presence and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Google platforms, and cloud based tools.
• Client service mindset
• Prior PwC experience a plus.
• Experience in a professional services firm or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability and experience in managing people.
• Experience relevant to specific to role.

Bachelor degree or equiv experience preferred

Other details

This role may require travel up to 20% of the time

Travel could be either local or out of town to support conferences at event sites.

This may require use of own car when supporting local events.
