Looking for some help. I've got a manager at an energy company looking for a learning and development manager. This is a long term role (1 year + - w2), hybrid (2 days onsite). Actively looking for folks to introduce to this manager. If you're looking for new gigs, would love to chat!

Rate: 59.70/HR

Locations: Johnson City, NY ; Orange CT

1. Continued execution of the 2023 local learning and development strategy, including vendor relationships (such as DDI), internal and external program oversight and budget maintenance

2. Ensure offerings adhere to the 70-20-10- model, with the focus on the 10% (formal classroom learning)

3. Responsible for the overall quality and effectiveness of the Learning programs to maintain Net Promoter Scores (NPS) in the best-in-class range (over 65)

4. Collaborate with multiple business areas to assess the learning needs whilst building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across various levels and ensuring design and delivery of the curriculum that leads to engagement and acceleration of career development for key populations

5. Collaborate with onboarding and global mobility to ensure seamless new hire experience through Leadership Essentials Program and any other initiatives
