Your Role In Our Journey
As a Real Estate Analyst, you will be an integral part of our success story. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, your responsibilities will encompass financial and operational strategy implementation for our communities. Your sharp analytical skills will support critical business decisions and acquisitions. Your innovative mindset and adaptability will be appreciated in our fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive financial budgets and forecasts for individual communities and groups of communities.
Analyze and assess budget versus actual performance, making adjustments to future projections as needed to align with long-term strategies.
Collaborate directly with the COO and other executives in evaluating new acquisitions.
Provide accurate and insightful analysis of the financial status of our portfolio.
Evaluate and explore potential business opportunities.
Identify and propose improvements to planning and operational processes.
Oversee complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, spanning technology evaluation, strategic decision-making, and M&A transactions.
Monitor property performance and present key data points to the Senior Leadership Team.
Conduct market research for new acquisitions and our existing properties.
Support due diligence efforts for new acquisitions, including occasional property visits and financial review.
Skills & Qualifications
A critical thinker with excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions based on limited information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in financial modeling and creating presentations.
Ability to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Strong leadership qualities, curiosity to challenge norms, and think creatively.
Highly organized and results-driven with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
A genuine interest in the real estate industry.
Education & Experience
An exceptional educational background is required.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Real Estate Analyst.
