About The Role
You'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch training services across a range of workforce development, strategic initiatives, and revenue cycle applications and technologies utilized by our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass crafting training materials, designing Computer Based Learning modules, facilitating both classroom and virtual learning events, and overseeing pre and post-session processes. Your efforts will contribute to producing educational content, and you'll serve as a valuable resource for all learning opportunities. You'll employ diverse delivery methods and techniques to conduct training sessions, covering new hire orientation, department-specific onboarding, and ongoing skill development courses. Upon completing each course, you'll report completion outcomes to leadership. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with Revenue Cycle leaders, Process Improvement teams, and Business Support members, particularly collaborating with Quality Audit Analysts to address performance gaps through ongoing education. .
Your Contributions
Develop a wide array of instructional materials, including training manuals, facilitation guides, assessments, and software tutorials for both front and back end revenue cycle operations
Design and deliver compliance and regulations-specific training for all staff members
Propose, design, and execute ongoing education and soft skill programs for Revenue Cycle employees
Conduct departmental in-services, cross-training, and targeted training sessions, adhering to revenue cycle policies and procedures
Lead new hire orientation and department-specific training, utilizing various methodologies to enhance the effectiveness
Evaluate new hires' readiness through assessment tools and prepare training status reports
Maintain comprehensive assessment records and continuously enhance training materials based on feedback and audits
Develop and manage a repository of training materials for self-service learning
Collaborate with the Analytics team to determine tracked metrics and visualized dashboards for productivity monitoring
