Overview People Coordinator is a position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a company’s human resources department. This includes overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The People Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of the human resources department. This includes overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The People Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, and compensation. Additionally, the People Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and providing support to the HR team. Job Skills Required• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a human resources role
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and compensation
• Knowledge of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a human resources role
