As a Partner Project Manager, you will work closely with the Partner Growth Manager and the entire Growth team across various functional areas to ensure excellent operational performance and meet squad and partner requirements.

Responsibilities

Key Outcomes & Accountabilities:

• Create detailed timelines and calendars for initiatives and share them with the appropriate stakeholders. Including opening tasks.
• Serve as a Project Manager for assigned partner accounts.
• Keep the growth squad informed about task/project progress and communicate any urgency appropriately.
• Maintain all documentation in a shared drive for easy access and collaboration.
• Act as the go-to resource for project-related details and next steps, addressing inquiries or directing them to the relevant team members.
• Manage project stakeholders, the project team, potential risks, scheduling, and conflicts that may arise.
• Facilitate squad operations by establishing an efficient operating system.
• Lead specific initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, including:
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track and meet expectations.

1. Developing project schedules, meeting agendas, recaps, and additional account management tasks.

Task Management Platform Ownership (Monday.com or other)

• Manage internal task execution promptly.
• Proactively explore and introduce new features of monday.com (other PM tool) to the team.
• Train new team and partner members on the functionality of monday.com (or other) dashboards.
• Add new projects with timelines and assign task owners upon initiation.
• Keep partner shared boards, milestones, key links, and documents updated on a weekly basis.
• Innovate and automate manual processes to establish an efficient system for initiative execution.
• Ensure delivery milestones are clear to the responsible parties.
• Identify initiatives at risk and escalate them to the Squad.

Meetings Facilitation:

• Send meeting notes through slack/ monday.com on the same day.
• Assess and schedule appropriate time for each meeting.
• Share meeting agendas with all participants in advance and include necessary resources in the call invite.
• Take notes on shared screens during meetings as needed.

Requirements for a Suitable Candidate:

• Remote work capability: Being able to work remotely and independently from any location is required, as Exactius offers a remote work environment.
• Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in project documentation, timelines, and deliverables. The candidate should be able to spot potential issues or discrepancies and proactively address them.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills: Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients are essential for success in this role.
• Flexibility and adaptability: The candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and be adaptable to changing priorities and needs.
• Highly Organized: Excellent organizational skills are essential to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain structured project documentation.
• Project Management skills: Proven experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and executing projects within defined timelines. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration with partners and team members.
• Previous experience and understanding in the Digital Marketing field - A plus : A solid background and familiarity with digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics will enable the candidate to effectively comprehend and contribute to the team and partner’s marketing objectives.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills: The candidate should possess the ability to analyze complex situations, identify potential issues, and make informed decisions to mitigate risks or resolve conflicts.
