This is a fully remote role, but ideal candidates will live in the western half of the United States, as you'll be supporting employees in the Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones.

To join our People Team as a Sr. People Partner Manager! You will directly impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce that is changing the way people use energy. In the Manager role, you will have the autonomy to motivate and influence teams as a trusted HR resource on employee engagement and end-to-end talent management for our Regional Teams

Using your dynamic and influence as a key leader on the People Team, you will leverage your growth mindset and creative solutions to support our People Strategy, impacting culture and the employee experience.

You’re a great fit if you can…

  • Attend Operational staff meetings if appropriate to build relationships and provide HR support.
  • Utilize Workday and other resources to support business processes, analytics, etc. Provide hands-on guidance, support, and troubleshooting to employees and managers in their use of these technologies.
  • Conduct investigations and document all employee relations matters as appropriate for the situation and in accordance with legal compliance and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Be an influential culture champion in the organization by building strong trusted relationships across your client teams.
  • Support and drive People Team initiatives that provide value to the organization such as support during open enrollment, acquisition integration, and program launches of specific projects.
  • Provide critical talent management support to business leaders with people solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Provide people leaders guidance on employee relations matters, including promotions, development, training, and career pathing.
  • Engage with client teams in operational meetings where appropriate.
  • Work cross-departmentally to collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, L&D, and Talent Acquisition to proactively support the Shared Services team, and other teams as assigned.
  • Excel at implementing employee solutions and driving employee experience.
  • Conduct exit interviews/meetings and assist leaders with their administrative needs regarding the termination process.
  • Provide local, on-site support to our Regional Teams, as needed by the business.

  • Extensive experience with Workday or other HCM platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • You have HR policy and procedure expertise, including strong working knowledge of employment law.
  • Over 8 years of relevant HR Generalist or Business Partner experience.
  • Expanded experience with conducting employee investigations and leading to resolution.
  • Experience supporting teams in remote-friendly and brick-and-mortar work environments.
  • You are a trusted advisor with an uncanny ability to build and maintain positive relationships.

$96,100.00 - $144,180.00
