THE ROLE
Motto® is seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Weight Project Manager to join our branding company. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing internal and external projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations. Working alongside our Director of Client Experience, you will work across cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
You must be a leader and love getting the weeds (but can see the bigger picture, too.) You confidently run a meeting, keep the steering group focused, follow through on action points from that meeting, and thrive on successfully managing projects from start to finish.
We won't sugarcoat it - this role is demanding, details-laden, and multi-faceted. However, Motto's projects are fascinating. You'll never get bored, you'll learn new industries all the time, and you'll be encouraged and supported by an incredible team. You can be based anywhere as our team is entirely remote.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with collaborators to meet goals and objectives and ensure that work is executed seamlessly and effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience running internal project tracks such as company social and case studies.
• At least 5 years of experience or a certification in project management.
• Monitor project performance and use data-driven insights to make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Ensure that project stakeholders are kept informed of progress and any issues that may impact delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage and maintain the team's workflow.
• Oversee task management and keep the team accountable for meeting deadlines.

TERMS

• We are open to a contract or FT role at 30-40 hours per week.
