We are an elite b2b lead generation firm specializing in cold email outreach and sales automation.


We work with companies across SaaS, tech, manufacturing, and digital marketing to generate leads for their services using our scalable email automation tools and AI-based personalization tech stack.


We're looking for a new Account / Project Manager who can take over the client relationships and coordinate our internal team.


Description:


The Account Manager’s role is to act as the main client-facing representative of HyperscaleLeads and manage the entire relationship. You will act as their point of contact and liaison from their team to ours.


Main responsibilities:


Onboard new clients in a high quality way


  • Coordinate internal team to kick off the first client project and make sure everyone has what they need to launch the project
  • Coordinate asset turnover from client (messaging, suppression lists, marketing collateral, CRM integration keys)
  • Hold 2-3 guided onboarding sessions with each client to get them up to speed on process


Develop the Account Plan


  • Work with the Campaign Strategist to fill out the client’s quarterly account plan with milestones, campaigns, campaign launch dates, and other material


Coordinate ongoing requests with internal project team members


  • Project manage all client campaigns with internal team members (infrastructure, copy, campaigns, lists)
  • Keep ClickUp spotless and up-to-date with current statuses, assignees, start and due dates
  • Respond to client requests and ensure timely delivery
  • Relentlessly follow up with both the client and the team for outstanding deliverables to drive all internal projects forward


Interview successful clients and create Case Studies based on their responses


  • Coordinate the creation of case studies internally for marketing purposes
  • Request permission from successful clients and interview them about their experience


Upsell existing customers on higher levels of service


  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and other ways to maximize revenue from existing clients


Conduct ongoing performance reviews with the client


  • Hold Quarterly Reviews to gauge progress, cost per lead, and other longer-scale metrics with the client
  • Hold weekly status calls and walk the client through their Performance Reporting dashboard
  • Work with the Campaign Strategist and other team members to coordinate creating and delivering the various materials involved in these reviews.
  • Hold Monthly Performance Reviews to identify areas where we need to adjust the campaign strategy


Qualifications:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of ClickUp
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and strategic planning skills.
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in project management and account management in a service-based business
  • Preferred: previous experience in a project management role for technical / development projects or a project management role for a lead generation agency.
  • U.S. or Canada-based
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Sound knowledge of performance reporting
  • Preferred: knowledge of lead generation, sales & revenue operations, outbound sales, and cold email outreach.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.

Hours: Part-time to start (10-15 hours per week) with expected transition into Full-Time 40hrs / week after 3 months of strong performance
