Project Manager(S) Jobs

I am partnered with a world-leading CRDMO to find Project Managers experienced in the small molecule space.

My client is a global organisation and a well-respected name in drug discovery, development, and manufacturing.

In this role you will be responsible for leading projects from proposal stage through to completion. This requires interacting with clients, technical and commercial teams. Business development activities will also be required of you such as interacting with new and existing clients and attending conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent company in conferences and client meetings
• Support technical and commercial teams in project challenges
• Lead projects in accordance with objectives and timelines
• After project completion, assess its success and recommend improvements for future projects

Prerequisites:

• Ability to speak Mandarin for international PM responsibilities
• At least some PM experience or external facing responsibilities
• Experience in CRO/CDMO space is preferable, or more broadly biotech/pharma
• Years in industry of relevant experience in discovery chemistry or related field
• Advanced degree is highly desirable, preferably in chemistry related area
