This position is intended to manage and support client profiles, both level one and two, and to assist with data feeds, as they are provided by our clients. It requires the ability to work collaboratively with various levels and departments within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Other tasks as needed to support the team, position and company goals
• Ongoing support of ICs and affiliates and their related profiles and data
• Alerting management to potential problems with clients and/or client feeds
• Sending applicable welcome letters to new hires
• Various projects related to the ongoing support of the profile tools
• Maintaining code red updates
• Work with both MIS and CSG to ensure data is timely and accurate
• Lead by example in terms of compliance with standards and job performance
• Work with the Online Team, QC Team and other departments as applicable to ensure accuracy and consistent data between the platforms
• Work with Sureware, ManticPoint, and other vendors as necessary, to ensure the accuracy of our client data
• Learn new tools and workflows to maintain the accuracy of data and integrity of profile information
• Provide support to team members including development, coaching, training and identifying performance improvement opportunities
• Pushing all profiles to Sabre from Sureware
• Managing daily/weekly client data feeds for incorrect/improperly mapped data
• Work with the team to ensure continued development and skill enhancement
• Ensuring the prompt removal of terms
• Process support tickets in accordance with the established SLAs
• Work in conjunction with the Online team to ensure continuity between the teams
• Daily support for Sureware rejects/errors that require manual intervention
• Conducting performance appraisals in accordance with company guidelines
• Removal of lost accounts and updating appropriate documentation
• Other tasks, as needed, to support the profile environment
• Approve expense reports, time off requests, timecards, SNAP tickets, etc. in a timely manner

Experience:

• Must be able to move rapidly from one task to the next
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills
• Must be Sabre proficient
• Knowledge of Sureware or Connect Client preferred. Other profile system experience considered.
• Ability to trouble-shoot an issue and provide a root cause analysis

Location

United States - Ovation - Virtual

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
