We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our growing team. Working within our Operations team you will be responsible for seeing our products come to life and working with our contract manufacturers to see this happen. You will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to manage the stage gate process.
About YOU
With at least 2 years of project management experience, you are highly organized, a great planner and have an ability to manage multiple projects and moving parts.
You are able to keep both yourself, your teammates and external stakeholders accountable to project timelines and push back for information or problem solving when needed to get projects across the line.
You are a strong communicator (both verbal and written) and have a passion for the supplement and fitness industry (or a willingness to learn). You are proactive with strong commercial negotiation skills and can push to get our products manufactured and launched on time in all our global markets.
About the ROLE
New Product Development
- Consult with the CEO, Head of Logistics and Inventory, and the Product Development Specialist to ensure that all NPD goals and KPIs are communicated to the broader team.
Product Project Management
- Any other ad hoc and relevant product project management related tasks/activities required for the execution of product launches.
- Ensure seamless communication between logistics, sales and marketing teams in respect of all product roll-outs.
- Procurement of raw materials and packaging as required
- Lead and project manage the production of all finished products
- Communicate daily with contract manufacturers to make sure timelines are being adhered to, and issues are being addressed in a timely manner.
- Working with the manufacturers to acquire documentation needed for regulatory and logistics teams.
- Handle running commercial reviews to assess the quality and accuracy of products being produced.
