Due to a recent promotion, Molnlycke is searching for a People Partner in our Norcross, GA (Metro Atlanta) office to serve as the face of the People team to our managers and employees. We’re searching for a collaborative partner with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust quickly across all stakeholder groups! Someone high energy, quick thinking, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to excel in change-laden environments who’s worked closely with senior leadership in supporting their business areas as they help build their capability, identify the right talent, and create a culture that helps to grow our business.


Areas of focus include:


People and Organizational changes management within designated client group

  • Support with the implementation of local Organizational design activities, including consultation & people changes.
  • Assist with organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, and change management.

People Policies & Processes

  • Ensure that local People processes and policies are in line with employment law, best practice and other regulations. They will use appropriate methods of communication to support managers with the interpretation of People policies, procedures, programs, and laws. Assists with development, optimization, and documentation of People policies, forms and processes.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support recruitment for local positions out of the scope of the RPO model such as contract hires or interns. Build and develop vendor relationships for such hires. Drive University relations through developing local initiatives for college hires & interns.
  • Work closely with Mölnlycke’s Recruitment Provider to acquire talent that meets current and future business capability needs while utilizing appropriate tools and resources aligned to the global process.

Employee Engagement

  • Support local culture & engagement survey action planning initiatives.
  • Cascade culture, values and behaviors and partner with people leaders to deliver engagement activities aligned to our culture and values

Learning

  • Conduct local training needs analysis requirements & support the delivery of local learning programs. Assists managers in identifying training requirements, and work with global and local training team in developing proactive programs to address People & other training needs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Own various aspects of the compensation cycle and processes, ensure that local Total Reward & Benefits activities are aligned to Mӧlnlycke’s Global Reward principles (Eg. Co-ordinating annual salary review; benchmarking roles and packages; evaluating positions in line with HAY methodology, managing local bonus schemes etc.). Support managers during the annnual ASR process to monitor spending on the annual salary increase.
  • Embed local benefit packages to ensure employee understanding of the value of the benefits package.

Talent Management

  • Coordinate the delivery of talent management strategies across the assigned client group. Make talent metrics visible to drive leadership behavior and action.
  • Ensure building strong leadership and managerial skills though coaching, providing expertise and training to people managers.
  • Support and help managers to manage their headcount to targeted levels. Work closely with finance to support managers in obtaining approvals for changing business conditions where needed. Work with hiring managers to ensure robust & efficient processes are followed that will help secures the key talent we need to manage the business.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven ability to use data; reporting & analytics to drive decisions
  • Must have the ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of high-performing work experience in Human Resources related field.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources management, HR development, organizational development (OD) or a related field is required.
  • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills - viewed as a trusted partner by both employees and leaders.
  • Master’s Degree in human resources management, human resources development, organizational development (OD) or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience proactively identifying HR opportunities and working in partnership with managers to execute against an HR strategy.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
