Project Manager- Cbcp Certified

We are currently seeking an experienced and certified Program Manager with a strong background in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies to ensure the continuity of critical business operations in the face of potential disruptions.

Responsibilities:

• Plan Development and Implementation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement the identified Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies. You will guide and support the creation of actionable plans that address various scenarios, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Business Continuity Plan Exercise and Assessment: Coordinate and conduct regular exercises to test the efficacy of Business Continuity plans. Evaluate the outcomes of these exercises and lead post-exercise reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
• Maintenance and Updates: Monitor changes in business processes, technology, and external factors that could impact the effectiveness of existing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans. Ensure that all plans are kept up-to-date and reflect the current state of the organization.
• Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Planning: Utilize your extensive expertise to lead the development of comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans for our organization. You will be responsible for identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities, conducting Business Impact Analyses, and designing strategies to mitigate threats effectively.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience: A minimum of five years of practical experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning is required. Your experience should encompass a diverse range of scenarios and industry settings.
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP): You must possess a valid CBCP certification, demonstrating your status as an industry professional with practical experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.
• Expertise in Business Impact Analysis and Strategies: You should have a demonstrated track record of conducting thorough Business Impact Analyses and developing effective Business Continuity Strategies to address identified risks.
• Plan Exercise and Assessment: Strong experience in planning and conducting Business Continuity Plan exercises, as well as skill in evaluating their outcomes and making data-driven improvements.
• Adaptability: The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and evolving business requirements is crucial in this role, as you will be working with various departments to implement and maintain Business Continuity solutions.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Additionally, you should be capable of providing strong leadership during times of crisis or disaster.
