Position: Senior Project Manager - Organizational Change Management (OCM)

We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the project delivery lifecycle, utilizing your expertise to navigate established methodologies, policies, and procedures while ensuring the successful execution of intricate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive the implementation of projects with a focus on OCM principles.
• Apply your extensive PM and OCM experience to lead and execute projects within a large-scale environment, with a preference for those having exposure to the insurance sector, particularly claims processes.
• Take ownership of project budgets, meticulously overseeing financial resources and ensuring optimal allocation to achieve project goals.
• Employ your adeptness in managing project preparations and training initiatives to ensure a seamless transition during project lifecycles.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong emphasis on OCM practices.
• High level of self-motivation and the capacity to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated skill in budget management and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry, preferably with knowledge of claims processes.
• Track record of successfully managing projects in sizable and complex organizational settings.
• Adaptability to adhere to established methodologies, policies, and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci) a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and solve problems creatively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration and build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in coordinating and conducting project-related training.
