About EarnIn
- Assist with the facilitation of Learning & Development programs including small group trainings, focus groups, and other ways to share and enhance knowledge
- Assist HRBPs in creating simple and effective programs and people processes for client groups
- Work with employees, managers, and the broader PxT team to foster a high performance, collaborative, fun, and equitable work environment
- This role is fast paced, varied, and requires someone who is able to change priorities at short notice. You should be organized, compassionate, results-oriented, and place a high value on impact.
- Assist in the regular cadence of PxT programs including talent management, compensation and performance reviews, and talent planning; onboarding and off boarding; engagement and other surveys, and other ad hoc programs
- Partner with HRBPs to establish change initiatives, identifying risks, and developing communication plans
- Perform off-boarding (exit) process including off-boarding materials, exit interviews, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure an efficient exit process
- Provide feedback and counsel to enhance manager effectiveness and individual/team capabilities
- Understand business cycles, priorities, and cultural nuances as they impact and influence operational execution
- Collect, synthesize and present summary of exit interview findings on a regular cadence
- Work with internal stakeholders, managers, and employees to address Employee Relations issues and reach optimal outcomes
- Partner with HRBPs, Diversity Inclusion & Belonging (DIB), and Talent Management to build scalable people processes that enable EarnIn’s rapid growth
- Support PxT programs across the organization by both responding to individual employee and manager requests on internal processes
- Experience in Learning and Development is a strong plus
- Demonstrated experience in career development, talent management, diversity & inclusion, or other HR related programs
- Passion for creating healthy inclusive organizations where culture is a competitive advantage for a diverse employee population
- Actively thinks about their work with an eye toward inclusive solutions that increase employee engagement and belonging
- Change management skills - you can work through complex challenges with both employee and business needs in mind
- Experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business by offering solutions in line with values and business objectives
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience), with 3-5 years in HR, People Operations or related role
