Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring all work aligns with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management in a residential home construction capacity
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Licensed General Contractor in the state of Arkansas
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
