Job Description
Are you passionate about helping others? We are currently looking to hire an Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing Customer Success team where our mission is to turn our customers into raving fans. The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for first contact activities with our new customers and guides them through the initial steps of their onboarding experience.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Send out the new customer welcome information
  • Actively participate in increasing your knowledge of the WorkWave suite of software solutions and our targeted industries
  • Assist with special projects when necessary
  • Schedule training calls
  • Coordinate the intake and distribution of customer cases and training requests
  • Work across department boundaries to support smooth customer transition to/from Onboarding
  • Answer customers’ training & scheduling questions
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:


  • Interest in growing a career within an Onboarding and/or Training team
  • Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Experience with Salseforce CRM is a plus
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with others
  • Proficient with MS Office products
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate’s degree, with equivalent experience
  • High attention to detail & organization
  • Strong customer service & conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
