JOB SUMMARY FOR RECRUITING COORDINATOR:

• Pay Range: $15-16
• We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our leading client. This individual will be part of their Global Talent Team. Specifically helping Talent Attraction deliver exceptional experience to both internal and external candidates as well as our internal customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RECRUITING COORDINATOR:

• Recruitment support of administrative tasks such as offer generation, positing on paid job boards.
• Coordinating candidate travel
• Scheduling of high-volume interviews and meetings via Outlook and other ATS technologies
• Creating strong partnerships within the TA team and other internal departments
• Providing general administrative support to the Talent Attraction team
• Adding new vendors to our system or updating contracts
• Participating in various projects on an as-needed basis
• Implement first class experience for all candidates.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR RECRUITING COORDINATOR:

• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
• Previous HIGH-VOLUME recruiting and or scheduling experience is a must.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR RECRUITING COORDINATOR:

• Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion.
