Sr. Project Leader, specializing in Training and Quality

1 Year long contract

100% REMOTE (Candidate needs to be in EST or CST time zone)

• Partner with the PMO process improvement leader to ensure thorough understanding of processes, tools, templates, and checklists. Stay informed of all changes and ensure all changes are widely communicated, understood, and implemented across the PMO as practices change. Collaborate to recommend improvements and ensure all tools and templates are maintained in a common repository.
• Produce repositories (e.g. Knowledgebase Articles, create videos (large and small), recorded trainings) of pull vs. push media for the highest value training materials.
• Schedule and perform regular documentation reviews of ongoing projects, ensure deliverables and auditable artifacts of the projects are completed and readily accessible, assess tool usage consistency with training and recommended practices, provide metrics to managers, proactively recommend, and advise on deviations, and develop ongoing action plans (materials or training needed) to address any deltas.
• Provide ad-hoc guidance to project managers on project management methodology, processes, best practices, and the use of templates, standard reports, systems, and tools.
• Partner with IT PMO Managers to coordinate new hire onboarding, provide training on processes and systems periodically throughout the first 90 days.
• Coordinate with PMO managers and internal auditors to manage the project auditing process and outcomes (any items deemed necessary to improve)
• Produce and maintain a calendar to lead regular periodic training (live interactive with Q&A) and coordinate practitioner-led discussions (bi-weekly PLD) meetings.
