The Recruiting Coordinator performs administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition team primarily focused on support to help onboard new hires at Epiq. Incumbents in this role will play a key role in ensuring all of Epiq’s new hires have an excellent onboarding experience.


Job Responsibilities


  • Deliver Onboarding content to Epiq new hires over 3 days of remote training.
  • Support the enhanced background processing to support unique client needs. This includes verifying eligibility to meet requirements, running additional backgrounds, tracking and providing necessary communications.
  • Monitor completion of Enhanced Onboarding program and develop plan for employees who do not complete.
  • Run weekly reports to track progress and be able to effectively communicate to key stakeholders
  • Communicate with hiring managers and recruiting team on onboarding status and ensure timely follow-thru where needed.
  • Monitor background and I-9 completion to ensure timely completion and a smooth onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and work with different team members to find solutions to onboarding issues that may arise.
  • Gather and prepare background audit information as requested.


Qualifications And Skills


  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer service approach
  • Must be detail oriented; follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data
  • Basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts
  • Strong skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years prior administrative experience with 1 year HR/Staffing experience preferred


The Compensation range for this role is 18.69 to 26.88 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
