Who We Are
Inclusively was inspired by co-founder, Charlotte Dales’ cousin, Cameron Northup, who became the first licensed aesthetician in Florida with Down syndrome. Cameron’s employer made slight adjustments to her working environment, enabling Cameron to be successful at her job. After seeing how effective the modifications were, Charlotte wanted to figure out how to use technology to enable all employers to easily accommodate candidates’ unique needs in the workplace. Inclusively was originally founded to offer opportunities for people with disabilities to find employment with companies that value them.
Inclusively is a technology platform that provides integrated access to 1 million diverse candidates, connecting them with roles based on their skills, experience and accommodations. Our platform helps companies hire and retain top talent by making it easy to provide the accommodations candidates and employees need to be successful and productive in their jobs.
At Inclusively, we are obsessed with candidate and customer feedback, taking a test and learn approach to innovation. The result is a fast-paced working environment where priorities and responsibilities quickly change as the company evolves and develops.
