Job Title: Onboarding Program Manager
Pay Rate: $50/hr - 60/hr, based on relevant experience
Duration: 5 - month W2 contract with potential to extend or convert
Location: Remote anywhere in the U.S.
We’re partnering with a well-known self driving car company based out of the San Francisco Bay Area who's looking for an Onboarding Program Manager to join their team in a remote capacity!
Onboarding Program Manager
The Onboarding Program Manager will report to the Director of Learning and work closely with stakeholders from across the business to implement a strategy that helps new managers, leaders and contingent workers perform in their roles as efficiently and effectively as possible.
What you’ll be doing:
- Facilitate portions of the program
- Establish schedules
- Drive continuous improvement based on program feedback, perceived opportunities for improvement and measurement results
- Managing the ongoing delivery of the company’s onboarding program by coordinating all related activities
- Establish tight-knit relationships with leaders, line management, HRBPs, and the broader employee population
- Mitigate risk and triage delivery issues as they arise
- Develop and deliver communications to the program’s audiences and stakeholders to advertise the programs and drive engagement
- Support other program managers in managing the delivery of their programs when necessary
- Partner with the company’s Learning Administration function to manage these and other learning administration activities
- Implement an established measurement strategy to help understand the impact that the programs are having, leveraging the People Analytics team where appropriate to report outcomes to program stakeholders
- Calibrate facilitators
What you must have:
- Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others. A track record of high performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to package and present complex analysis and recommendations clearly
- Strong consulting and relationship building skills; ability to work in a collaborative and team-centric culture
- Outstanding operational skills; we’re scaling fast and need to bring rigor to program communications, global roll-outs, reporting, evaluation etc
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing learning development programs for an organization
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to define and solve problems quickly, while maintaining the focus on the bigger picture
- Strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and an outstanding ability to operationalize global learning programs
- Proven ability to implement and scale learning programs across high-growth organizations
- Commitment to diversity, belonging, and valuing different perspectives
Bonus points!
- Experience implementing onboarding program at a global scale
- Project management certification(s)
- An advanced degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development or a related field of study
- Experience managing and facilitating onboarding programs
