What does a work environment look like at Vouch?


Vouch is a Virtual First Workplace with San Francisco and Chicago office locations. **While this role is remote-friendly with no in-office requirements, we prefer this team member to be based within the Central or Eastern time zones where most hiring and support will be. Expected working hours will be during our Vouch core collaboration hours of 8:30 am-2:30 pm Pacific Time.


This position is not eligible for employment in the following locations: California, New York City Metropolitan Area, and Washington State.


Role Responsibilities


At Vouch, the Recruiting Coordinator ensures a positive and inclusive candidate experience. A successful Recruiting Coordinator will be an organizational expert, enjoy communication with others, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Partnerships are essential across Vouch; as an RC, you will partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Candidates, and external employer branding and recruiting partners. The RC will balance all partners while managing various priorities and promoting operational best practices in our environment of high growth. Thus, you will feel confident managing several projects simultaneously and enjoy the challenges of building a great organization of experienced individuals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience, directly impact talent projects (Hiring, University, Internships, Employer Branding, data and reporting, etc.), and work at one of the most exciting and innovative Insurtech startups!


Job Duties


  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support ad hoc projects such as sourcing, university recruiting outreach, internship support, job posting audits, offer template maintenance, reporting, and management of employer branding partnerships
  • Managing inbound candidate applications and some sourcing as needed
  • Manage candidate flow and meticulously track candidates throughout the interview process via our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Provide People support by helping with new hire onboarding
  • Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the interview scheduling process to ensure a great candidate experience
  • Build exceptional partnerships with hiring managers, employees, and the recruiting team by fulfilling all scheduling requests promptly and supporting them with various recruiting needs
  • Schedule, facilitate, and host phone, video, and virtual panel interviews across the entire recruiting organization


About You


  • 1+ years in recruiting or talent coordination
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail (you might even be a little obsessive on this, and we prefer that)
  • Has partnered with or managed multiple stakeholders with a customer-centric mindset
  • Relevant experience working within Greenhouse ATS for scheduling, reporting, and requisition management
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and customer-service mentality
  • Ability to wear many hats while operating with urgency
  • Managed multiple requests and tools at once, prioritizing and thinking quickly on your feet!
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills while maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times

Salary Range


The pay range for this role is: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.


Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in all compensation packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company.


Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
