Business Development Leader - Plastics

Leading top-tier plastic extrusion manufacturer is looking for top Business development leaders due to company growth. We are seeking Sales Leaders with experience in various applications such as compounding, wire, pipe, profiles, sheet, etc.

Essential Functions:

• Experience acting as a representative of the company at trade association meetings to promote our products.
• Experience conducting thorough account analyses to determine customer needs.
• Experience developing annual sales forecasts for both new and strategic accounts while continuously nurturing and expanding the sales pipeline opportunities.
• Experience assuming a crucial role in driving business development, maintaining relationships, negotiating, and finalizing deals.
• Experience collaborating effectively within the organization to gather and prepare relevant information for clients.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 15+ years of direct plastic industry experience with a history of meeting company metrics.
• Meet the above essential functions of the role.
• Ability to travel.
• Strong understanding of the plastic processing market, potential customer base, and market dynamics.
