Responsibilities
Empower Learning: Dive deep into the organization's learning needs and goals, shaping instructional materials that captivate learners and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Collaborate and Create: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to craft accurate and relevant instructional content, infusing your expertise to bring concepts to life.
Unleash Technology: Utilize a wide array of learning technologies and authoring tools to build interactive learning experiences that resonate with learners.
Evaluate and Improve: Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of instruction, enabling continuous improvement for future learning solutions.
Project Prowess: Lead multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, delivering them on time and within budget.
Inspire Excellence: Stay at the forefront of instructional design theories, methodologies, and technologies, constantly elevating the quality of learning solutions we offer.
Ensure Quality: Put your keen eye to work by thoroughly reviewing and testing instructional materials to meet our high standards and learning objectives.
LMS Wizardry: Expertly manage course uploads and delivery on our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless eLearning experience.
Craft the Strategy: Help shape instructional strategies and curriculum standards that align with our organization's overarching learning objectives.
Qualifications
Passion for Learning: A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being highly desirable.
Experience and Innovation: Possess 3-5 years of instructional design and instructional technology experience, with expertise in designing various learning solutions and using authoring tools being preferred. Project management and cross-functional teamwork experience will be a big plus.
Certifications that Set You Apart: Hold certifications such as CPLP, CIDD, or eLearning Design and Development Certification, showcasing your commitment to professional growth.
Communication Champion: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Required Clearances And Screenings
Successful completion of a drug and background check.
Successful acquisition of a DoD CAC card and Tier 1 investigation.
