Customer Support Representative - Remote | Wfh

We're looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Support Representative to join our team and assist customers in ensuring seamless equipment setup, operation, and inventory management. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our customer service efforts, providing support via phone to address inquiries and offer solutions.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers over the phone, offering exceptional assistance and guidance in equipment setup, operation, and inventory inquiries.
Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Collaborate closely with the team to maintain accurate inventories and contribute to efficient operations.
Requirements
Prior experience in delivering outstanding customer service over the phone, showcasing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with a laptop running the Windows Operating System is essential.
A High School Diploma along with a College background highlights your commitment to education and personal growth.
Available Shift Timings
We understand the importance of work-life balance, and our flexible shift timings reflect that:
1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm ($17.00/hr.)
2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm ($17.50/hr.)
3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am ($17.50/hr.)
Preferred Skills
While not mandatory, a light IT background would be beneficial in this role, allowing you to offer even more comprehensive support to our customers.
